I thought it was pretty informative. I bought this because my blood sugar is a little high and my doctor thought it woud be useful. This seems to be an easy book to follow.

4 Stars Good Recipe Book But Servings Should Be Less
This is a very good book for recipes overall for all 3 phases of the diet. My only thing I dislike is most are geared to 4 servings so you need to cut the recipe or plan on having the recipe several times.
