Which is why we’ve put together The Pump’s Ultimate Turkey Day Toolkit (click to download the PDF) .  From appetizer to dessert, we’ve got you covered.  Chef Danny Lachs has prepared a healthful and flavorful menu for six that includes: a juicy herb-roasted turkey; a sweet potato side dish with quinoa; a sweet and savory whole-wheat bread stuffing with pomegranate, pear and mushroom; a tart cranberry dessert with hints of rich vanilla bean; and a cocktail featuring orchard-ripe apples.
