Interesting and informative book, but I was a sugar burner and in that category you are the most limited on food!! Was to hard to do with other family members in the house who did not eat the same way.

5 Stars A book that answers lots of questions
Finally, a clear explanation of why some people struggle to lose weigh, even while doing all the ‘right things.’

Few trainers or dieticians talk about the hormonal comnponent. This also explains the hunger – satietry spectrum which many can benefit from.

5 Stars great science-based book
This book will be a great tool to anyone independent of their fitness or health levels. It integrates diet with exercise in thoughtful ways that are explained with natural science. Instead of red-listing foods for a diet that would be impossible to maintain, the ME Diet gives a “plate diagram” and an extensive list of “ok” foods based on each individual. I’m 2.5 weeks along and am pleased thus far!

Just what I have been looking for. Other Diet books are way too detailed

and mention too many things that don’t even refer to most people.

I just discovered this book and have lost 6 lbs in 10 days! My husband has lost 7 lbs! We only wanted to lose 15 lbs total, so 9 more lbs. to go! Woo hoo!!! I can actually see my ab muscles again…
