This.Excites.Me. In the winter, when fresh fruits/vegetables are limited, these become like my best friends. (I tend to over exaggerate sometimes..)
Went grocery shopping today to get the weekly groceries needed to get through the work week, and also treated myself to a Bodum travel press mug + extra lid if I’m not feeling tea and wanna turn it into a regular mug. Definitely looking forward to transporting & drinking smoothies out of here from now on, instead of the jar glasses I’ve been using.. which.. have cracked on me a couple times
But… don’t get me wrong, I LOVE using jar glasses too, just not so much the carrying-around part. There’s just something so homey about these jars Perfect jars to make overnight oats – this one had frozen bananas, pineapples, strawberries, oats and chia seeds. Speaking of Chia, need to restock soon. Have you tried them?! Curious to know how other people use chia seeds.. so far I’ve been a one-trick-pony when it comes to chia seeds
We shall meet again tomorrow morning
On another note… today was.. the.most.gorgeous.day.of.winter.ever. We don’t get days like this often, but when we do… JAW DROPPING.
Woke up this morning to this..
And pretty much ran outside to take a million pictures ..
Messaged my bestie Lauren in the morning – she’s such an amazing photographer and we’re both insanely obsessed with stuff like this. But she was busyyy Next time!
I have this thing for trying to capture the sun in pictures. I’m pretty much the worst at it.. they’re not very artistic; my brother takes the most amazing landscape shots, but here was my attempt.
Sometimes I can’t believe all this beautifulness is at the back of our yard, haven’t actually wandered in the little forrest for a couple years, but on days like this.. I seriously wonder why.
Hope you had an ammaazzing weekend, and are all refreshed and ready for the work/school week ahead!
