DAIRY: Good: Raw goat cheese, nonfat cottage cheese, kefir, unsweetened yogurt, raw/skim milk, buttermilk, rice and soy milk. Bad: All soft cheeses, pasteurized/artificially colored cheeses, ice cream

NUTS: Good: All fresh raw nuts (except peanuts) Bad: Peanuts; all roasted/salted nuts

OILS: Good: Cold-pressed oils, corn/safflower/olive/sesame/flax/soybean/sunflower/canola, eggless mayonnaise Bad: Saturated fats, hydrogenated margarine, refined processed oils, shortenings, hardened oils.
