This was very good for providing more ideas and information for the fat flush plan. There were just a few recipes that are repeated from the fat flush plan book but still has lots of great recipes for all phases.

This cookbook is an asset for the Fat Flush Plan. It’s well organized and has plenty of recipes to choose from. I already have most ingredients listed which is of great help. I have a busy life and don’t have time for complicated recipes. The recipes I’ve tried have turned out good tasting and my husband is happy with them too. The book also includes suggestions for kitchen tools and ingredient substitutions. I also like the chapter that describes the culinary and therapeutic uses of the Fat Flush Plan recommended herbs and spices. I’m glad I bought the Fat Flush Cookbook.

4 Stars An Essential Companion to The Fat Flush Plan
I’ll admit it – I’m a cookbook snob…. I’ll also admit that as far as cookbooks go – The Fat Flush Cookbook doesn’t look like your normal cookbook. It also doesn’t have the nice big ‘gourmet’ feel to it….

BUT for all it lacks in presentation – it makes up for in content. The Fat Flush Cookbook is not your mother’s cookbook. It’s probably not even your best friend’s cookbook. But if you’re interested in learning how to change your diet for the better – then it should be your cookbook.

I’ve always prided myself in my creativity in the kitchen – but when I committed to change my life and decided on using The Fat Flush Plan as my model – I was scared…. I was worried about not being able to find creative ways and delicious combinations using the foods and the herbs/spices that are more limited in the first two phases of the plan.

The Fat Flush Cookbook came to my rescue! There really are some truly wonderful (and super easy) recipes in here!

I even had a bunch of my coworkers at the lunch table ogling my brisket the other day!

You can try this cookbook on it’s own – just for the recipes alone – but out of context it might not make as much sense. If you’re thinking about going on The Fat Flush Plan – I highly recommend that you get the cookbook as a companion. It will help you through those first few critical weeks where you might feel stumped or challenged – and it will inspire you to become more creative yourself.

This cookbook is a great tool to have in the Fat Flush kitchen. It will help to add variety to your diet. Easy to make meals and wonderful suggestions are abundant. The directions are easy to read and follow. It is another great Fat Flush resource.
