4 Stars helpful step-by-step process/accessible language
This is my third week using the F-factor program and so far, I’ve lost 5lbs. But more importantly, I’m working on creating a healthy outlook toward food. Tanya Zuckerbrot does more than just tell you what you can or can not eat, she spends the first five chapters of the book explaining why. It gets to be fun seeing what foods are the best for you to eat. And her rule: 1 lean protean, and fiber at every meal, makes food planning actually pretty simple. The only reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 is that she does not address the inevitable plateau/stuck-in-a-rut that seems to happen with any major change in diet.

3 Stars Another let down
I was very shocked that she recommended Fiber One, which has ASPARTAME, like another reviewer said. Fiber One is processed garbage, laced with poison, stay away from it! This immediately made me question her credibility and competence.

But I gave the diet a chance (less the Aspartame!) and as usual, and like most everyone else does, I regained the weight. The fat always came back. I tried everything to find a way to lose the extra fat and keep it off. Nothing worked until I found out about the book STOP THE FIGHT LOSE THE FAT.

If you really want to lose weight for good, I highly recommend THAT book instead. I learned why I got fat in the first place. I finally lost all my extra fat and this time I’m keeping it off FINALLY! With no starving, no dieting, no feeling deprived, and no exercising.

You have to find out why you gain weight and address that or you will regain it no matter what you do to lose it. The weight will come back.

I am not affiliated with the STOP THE FIGHT LOSE THE FAT book in any way. I actually heard about it in reviews here on amazon. I get nothing for telling about it. I’m doing this because IT WORKS and I wish I could tell everybody! But hopefully this will save some people all the time and money that I wasted on all the books and diet fads I tried.

Although the book has been recommended by reviewers here, you can’t get it on amazon yet. But there’s a website which is the same as the title stopthefightlosethefatDOTcom.

5 Stars F for Fantastic
This book makes so much sense – just a healthy diet with an emphasis on fiber which none of us are getting enough of. You will learn about the benefits of fiber and what a positive effect it has on so much of our health. Even if you don’t need to loose pounds, everyone should read this book.

4 Stars F-Factor Diet -Library checkout
I went to my local library and checked this book out before I purchased it. After looking through the book I found out that it was similar to a weight program I paid around $2000 to lose the weight. Yes, I lost the weight and kept it off for about 3 years and gained all of it back – due to a couple setbacks that happened to me. I did not want to purchase another book to find out later on that it did not suit my needs. The focus with the “F” Factor is on the amount of fiber and not the carbs consumed. I was already in the habit of eating right but with little results. There are 3 phases – Jumpstart, weight loss and maintenance. I have lost 4 lbs and am now in the weight loss stage. Its a winner for me!!!!

3 Stars It’s an “okay” diet book.
The book is just okay. I got as much out of the write-up about the book as I found in the book.
