I found this cook book to be very helpful. I have cooked only one recipe and it turned out great. I plan to cook a couple more recipes from the same book.

As the title that I wrote for the review I really like this book. I checked it out at the library so if I didn’t like it I wouldn’t be wasting my money purchasing it. I feel that it is well worth the money I spent.

I am telling everyone who will listen to me how gret this is. My whole family is doing it together. The recipes are great, we are loosing weight at a resonable rate, and we are not feeling deprived of anything.

I have made several of the recipes and they get a thumbs up. I was so impressed I have subscribed to their magazine which comes out bi-monthly. Of course, basically the same info we all know about to lose weight but still a great book to have in your library.
