This is an awesome book to assist in tracking your food intake as well as tracking your weight loss success. There are a few of things that are nice about it: 1. The support is for an entire year 2. The inspirational words from Tosca 3. Shopping list

This companion is good if you like to keep a journal of what you eat. I, however, do this online for free already at [...]. You can also find lots of printable journal pages for your diet by doing an internet search ([...] is an example). So I feel that this isn’t that great unless you really like to count your calories yourself and have a hard copy to look at, but even [...] counts the calories for you and allows you to print. So in my opinion this is only good if you don’t have the internet to use daily or once a week to print out your own journal pages. It is set up in a very organized mannor though and has a weekly review to help you out. It can also be used with diets other than the eat-clean diet program it seems, but is set up well for the eat-clean diet on purpose.

This is very handy to have in conjuntion with the eat clean diet if you are the type of person who needs to write things down. I write down my food for the day so I can pack my cooler before work This helps me a lot. The companion is very easy to use.

There really isn’t any helpful info in it. You could just buy a notebook and do the same. You get pictures of Tosca but who cares.
