Thank you guys for all of your sweet comments yesterday. I am in a much better mood today ;).
Work was busy, but more do-able today! Afterwards, I flew home to take care of Frank, do a very easy dinner prep, and post. I am on my way out to do a few errands and am then teaching 45 minute Body Step and my first four Body Pump tracks during the 45 minute class (YIKES!). I am teaching the warm-up, squats, triceps and biceps. Wish me luck :)
Tonight for dinner we're having what I'd like to call a "fridge dinner," aka anything I can find in the fridge. Josh will be having leftover Mini Meatball Pasta:
and I made myself Peanut Veggies with cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and peppers and I topped it with sesame seeds. I also plan to have a big bowl of fruit....and maybe more nut butter ;)
