tanookie's amazing pumpkin oats!

PUMPKIN OATS!

1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup of organic/natural pumpkin
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup almond breeze or soy milk
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
1 tbsp raw sugar

Depending on the type of milk used, this mix should be about 320-380 calories per serving. It will keep you full for 3-4 hours and tastes great with a hot cup of coffee.

(if extra hungry, include 1/2 mashed banana)

cook on stove, when contents almost boil, reduce heat. for fuller oats, let oats soak in the milk and water first.

Variations: substitute pumpkin for one banana. Heat frozen blueberries in microwave and put in mix at the end. Omit spices.
