This bowl is loaded with good for you ingredients that make you feel absolutely AMAZING! I know.. that is my favorite word but I really can't express how good this meal will make you feel with out saying simply amazing: ) It contains all my favorites- sweet potato, kale, coconut oil, avocado and pepitas.

I have been busy working on my content for my new website. I wish I could say it was going swimmingly well but I am struggling a bit and need to break through this writer's block! I have so much to share but need to be much more crisp and concise with my language and my brain does not seem to know how to do that! BREATHE. I CAN do this.
I also have been working with my clients who inspire me everyday and teaching classes at Nourish Northwest. I taught Yoga Sculpt this evening and will be teaching Vinyasa Flow on Saturday. Yay! Come join me at 10:30am.
We are also having two families over for dinner on Saturday night and I am going to try something new. My menu is going to be Tomato Basil Soup, Spicy Asian Chicken Noodle Soup and Gourmet Grill Cheese Sandwiches and Salad. + Dessert
I saw a famous NY caterer make a bunch of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches on the Cooking Channel the other night and thought that that might be fun to serve. I actually have not had a grilled cheese sandwich in ages and am looking forward to a little splurge.

I have a few more fun breakfast ideas to share with you as well but need to help Emmet study for a his Social Studies test. Phew. I can actually help him in that subject. Math on the other hand is not my specialty and he needed help this week and it was rough. Thank the lord his Dad came home from law school just in the nick of time.
