Sweet Potato and Greens Juice
1 small sweet potato1 red pepper2 carrots1/2 cucumber 4 kales leaveshandful of spinachhandful of parsley1/4 of a peeled lemonnub of ginger
Press everything through juice, then guzzle down. Wait for the surge of energy to take over : )
This concoction was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to play around with more sweet potato juices.
Tuesday seems to be my day for running and yoga. I was able to run to Mt. Tabor today and do the stair workout. It has been a while since I have done it and my old body is feeling it in a good way. When I got home, I put together a yoga sculpt series for my class tonight. I love teaching sculpt. It is a fun combination of both yoga and resistance work.
It is time for me to get the kiddos ready for bed, so I am off for now but I do have a Valentine's treat that I want to share with you!
