Sweet Fun Talking About Sweets on WICH-AM Today

Posted Dec 18 2008 8:13pm

Today, I had the pleasure of being interviewed by the popular Stu Bryer on WICH-AM in Norwich, Connecticut

The popular Stu -- who's been entertaining listenings for a whopping 30 years -- hosts the "Potpourri" talk show which airs during the mid-day.

We had a fascinating sugar discussion, touching on all kinds of topics. We even chatted about the radio host himself was off sweets for an entire year at one point in time.

Stu also seems to be savvy to the importance of doing (what I call) "Sugary Soul Searching," because he found -- like many of us self-aware folks are -- that eating sweets late at night could keep one up to the wee hours.

Ah yes, the wired effect after eating sweets.

Hurrah, Stu, for getting the word out about sugar's dangers.
