During the festivities I think it's a good idea not to be too hard on yourself when it comes to eating healthy. You have to enjoy food, and be happy, right!? But, to keep healthy eating habits in mind, I have posted the following:
What to Avoid:
Wings (they are loaded with calories, I don't care what people try to say about them to rationalize eating wings, they are a high calorie food at about 300 calories per wing).
Mini hot dogs (full of preservatives and cancer causing nitrites, and those rolls they are wrapped in have trans fats)
Excessive amounts of alcohol of any kind (more than two drinks)
Chips and Crackers (won't keep you satisfied) And Nachos (5 loaded chips can be a couple hundred calories)
Anything fried, or anything that comes in those frozen appetizer boxes
