Chili Recipes

Tex Mex Turkey Chili
Paleo Chicken Chili with Butternut Squash You can substitute the chicken for ground turkey or beef. If you want to make it Maryland style-add crab meat and make a heart Crab Chili.

Pulled Pork Nachos

Ingredients 3 packages of Jack Daniels Pulled Pork
1 package of Pepperjack Cheese
1 bag of Corn Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Layer the chips flat on a baking sheet. A disposable baking sheet works best and there is no clean up involved. Heat the Pulled pork in the microwave until warm and layer it evenly on the chips. Tear apart small pieces of the cheese and layer it on top of the chips and pulled pork. Stick in a 400* oven until cheese has melted. Devour and enjoy!

BBQ Bourbon Lit’l Smokies

Ingredients 1 package Hillshire Farms Lit’l Smokies (I chose Beef)
1 C BBQ Sauce
4 splashes Jameson or Bourbon of choice

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a small crockpot on low heat and serve when lit’l smokies are warm. You can leave on crockpot to serve throughout the game.

Classic Sweet and Spicy Lit’l Smokies

Ingredients 1 pack Little Smokies
1 jar red currant jelly
1 jar of mustard (yellow is fine or can use gourmet brands)

Directions:

Mix the jelly and mustard and heat on top of stove or in crock pot (on low). Add Lit’L Smokies and heat until meat is hot through.
