It's that time of year again, Superbowl time, YEAH! Too bad the Chargers didn't make it, they'd beat these two bozos in a second but I digress.
It's really important to keep strong even though it's Superbowl weekend. I'm planning a party for a large group of people and figuring out a healthy meal for a group of health nuts and not so health conscious people.
I've learned a few things from the past.....Everyone likes Chips, dip, and kabob.
