This year I picked up Wholly Chipolte Bean Dip from the Better Bean Company. The Better Bean Co. is a local company that is producing all sorts of interesting bean combinations- Rethought Red Beans, Cuban Black Beans, Uncanny Refried Black Beans and Three Sisters Chili. I have tried them all and LOVE them especially when I am in a time crunch for making dinner. I serve Cuban Black Beans over Brown Rice. Add a little avocado and you have got yourself a good meal!
Wholly Chipotle! This is no ordinary dip! No sir. It’s skillet-sautéed and finished with a hint of lime. Delicious as a hot or cold dip. Add to tacos, nachos, or eggs. Serve cold for dips or sauté until a bit crispy for other recipes.

Anyhow, I am looking forward to indulging in this dip and chip combo later this afternoon. Speaking of indulging, I am head over heels in LOVE with Chuao Chocolate! I have been indulging in 1 oz of Dark Chocolate daily which has helped me tame my sweet tooth. A little chocolate goes a long way and I have to say Chuao Chocolatier has some of the best!
