Summer has come! Any exciting plans? I have been busy with doing multiple things at the same time which I tend to be. Try new recipes, go for shopping on sale, stroll neighborhood, do work, read, take photos, etc.
Well, in summer, how do you feel? Do you find that your body react differently towards a hot weather and high temperature?
As for me, before practicing medicinal food living, I used to feel exhausted during the day while staying outside and being drowsy while staying inside. It was likely because of less food intake due to summer lethargy and too much air-conditioner. I guess these are the most typical and general symptoms in summer. Now, since I have been thinking and choosing right ingredients in the right season, I maintain my energy no matter how hot it is outside.
