Basically, you ask a sugar or sweetener-related question. Then I get you an answer. I hope I'll know it just because of all the research I've been conducting for my book for years, but if I don't know it, I'll hunt to get it. If I have to, I'll turn to an expert, usually one with some I'm already in contact.
