Did you know that chronic stress can cause wear and tear on your immune system? Eating a healthy balanced diet of antioxidant rich foods like colorful fruits and vegetables, staying hydrated, getting exercise and finding ways to handle stress will assure your immune system is strong enough to handle what life may throw your way.

Eating mostly fresh, whole, lean foods, getting at least 30 minutes of exercise each day and practicing good sleep hygeine (retiring and arising at about the same time) all lead to increased health and well-being.
