Perhaps one of the most refreshing drinks you can have in the summer months that is also healthy, is a smoothie. Of course, some smoothies are not very healthy but if you are making them yourself you can determine what ingredients to add. This particular smoothie recipe combines two of my favorite fruits, strawberries and mangoes. It can be adapted to your liking so if you don’t care for coconut milk, you can add almond milk or soy milk. The variations are endless! Enjoy!!
