Stop SUGAR SHOCK! Minute, Vol. 1 - Squash Your Sugar Cravings

Posted Dec 19 2008 12:13am

I'm pleased to finally launch my new e-zine, Stop SUGAR SHOCK! Minute. I'm providing a copy here for those of you who aren't on my mailing list yet. ( Click here to get your copy e-mailed directly to you.)

Of course, if you're a member of my free, online KickSugar support group, you know that I couldn't start your subscription sooner because, up until recently, I was researching and writing my book SUGAR SHOCK! pretty much around the clock (OK, give or take a very small amount of play time).

Your Stop SUGAR SHOCK! Minute is intended to be easy to digest and comprehend. It's designed to take you only a minute or two to read, but you'll be able to use the information to encourage, motivate, and inspire you for a long time. (For example, this issue features some valuable tips to squash your sugar cravings.)

In this e-zine, which will go out monthly (or thereabouts), you'll receive quick-to-read, easy-to-follow, nutritional and lifestyle tips and tidbits that you can put to use right away. You'll also get the sweet, (but sugarfree) scoop on some helpful, exciting services and products to help you achieve your goal.

Please forward this e-zine to friends, family members, neighbors, co-workers, exercise buddies, hairdressers, fellow PTA members and anyone you know who wants or needs to overcome their sugar (or simple-carb) habit. No matter what your reasons -- to lose weight, to feel more focused, to gain more energy, to boost your libido, etc. -- Stop SUGAR SHOCK! Minute is designed to help you. (Again, remember to subscribe now.)

By the way, I'd love to get your innovative suggestions, provocative questions, and intriguing comments.

Warmly,

Connie Bennett
