Spreading the Joy to Family and Friends

Good Afternoon and Happy Hump Day!

I just wanted to thank all of you for the kind and encouraging emails and comments regarding my enrollment in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach program.  I am super excited about this program and feel that I am part of something special.  I have been reviewing the fundamental classes and find it so refreshing to be so completely on board with everything that I am learning.  I truly believe this program is the right fit for me and my career and hope to inspire others to jump on board as well.

This was my early morning bowl of Triple Berry Chia Oats.  How I love thee oats!!

Triple Berry Chia Oats 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup water 1 tsbp chia seeds 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine above ingredients into a small pot.  Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.  Remove oats from stove and pour into your favorite bowl.  Top oats with: Fresh Raspberries Fresh Golden Raspberries Fresh Blueberries 6 chopped hazelnuts drizzle of raw honey
Enjoy!

I am off to pick up the kids and then to soccer practice and longboarding lessons.  A full schedule!
