~Anti gravity Yoga~
Here's what she said about it..
"Okay, Anti-gravity Yoga is the topic today. I went to " Imagination Place" at 3300 South and 1155 East today. WOW!!! It's amazing, fun, yet productive, I can't explain it. You do all these poses in a hammock kind of thing and you do flips and swings and all this awesome stuff that makes you feel like an orangutan. So I want you all to know that your FIRST CLASS IS FREE!!! Yeah you try it for FREE! It was extremely fun and rejuvenating. I know some people are not the "Yoga Type" Well this will change that forever! Yeah I loved it! " SO! If you are in the Salt Lake Area, check it out-- FREE!
If you aren't so lucky, check out your local gyms, and places that offer classes and find one.
