So the kids and I ventured out in the rain when we discovered we were out of milk and who does not love a trip to the grocery store? Not I, it is one of my favorite places to go!
The intention was to run in and get milk and bread... but $60.00 later we left with a few extra items. Bringing the kids into the grocery store is never a good idea and suddenly there were lots of "needs" from the kids and myself.
I have been reading about these
Smartfood Popcorn Clusters for a while now and have wanted to try them, so when I saw them I knew I had to give them a try. They also happened to be on sale so we bought two flavors.
The Quick Facts:
5 grams of fiber
An excellent source of calcium
2 grams of fat per serving
No preservatives
No artificial colors or flavors
We picked up the chocolate cookie caramel pecan and the cranberry almond flavors.
They come in portion controlled serving size of 1 oz each and have:
120 calories
5 grams of fiber
2 grams of fat
If you love caramel corn you are really going to love
Smartfood Popcorn Clusters. I love popcorn and my favorite indulgence is Kettle Corn at the Farmer's Markets. I buy the big bag with the idea that I am going to share with the kids but I essentially end up eating most of the bag. Yum!
Zoe, Emmet and I opened up both flavors and split them between all of us. We all agreed that we LOVED the Chocolate Cookie Caramel Pecan flavor and Emmet and I loved the Cranberry Almond flavor as well. Zoe is not a big cranberry girl. This stuff is a real treat. I have been buying a lot of prepackaged food lately (not good), but these would be great snacks to travel with and I love the portion controlled aspect as well. If they sold bigger bags I could definitely eat the whole thing. Way good!
Off to the next activity and then to work. I will check back with you later and I have a fun giveaway that I will be announcing later.
