5 Stars Skinny Chick
I highly recommend this book. I have finally found a formula that I can apply to all found that doesn’t require too much counting or leave me hungry. I’ve tried a lot of other diets, but always end up overwhelmed by the counting or feel hungry. I lost several pounds right away and continue to keep watching them drop! It is so wonderful to be able to depend on feeling full for several hours and balancing the amount of carbs so I don’t end up sleepy from eating too many or hungry and awake from eating not enough. This keeps you eating balanced. There were a lot of questions that it answered about how to eat and exercise better, I haven’t stopped recommending to my friends and family!

i think this book is good so far, i havent finished it yet to give a well rounded review, the only drawback i can see is some of the same info is repeated SEVERAL times, i dont know if thats to get the point across or some other reason, but very informative none the less!

5 Stars The Book that changed my life!!!
This is NOT a diet book it is a way of life book!! You can finally stop yo yo dieting, fad dieting , and then only to binge and gain all that weight back and more. This is finally an intelligent plan, that makes absolute perfect sense. and … the best part, no starving or omitting your favorite foods. You eat more wonderful food than you ever thought imaginable, and AMAZINGLY YOU KEEP LOSING WEIGHT!!!! I have never felt this good, I have no desire for sweets, and I am eating bread, pasta and potatoes. If you try one way this year to take the weight off, do yourself a favor and invest the small amount to buy this book! you will not regret it!!

3 Stars Transformations should have been left out
Transformations are difficult to buy in any book or product. Honesty don’t trust them and hers kept jumping up in the middle of the reading section. Maybe left in a chapter of their own would have been best. Plus the before and after pictures are not needed. Wish I had borrowed the book. Her point about not eating the large salads at restaurants that come with all the add ons is the gist of her title. So there. The rest most educated people can figure out without buying the book. I can’t walk so her constant reminder to get off your lazy butt and on the treadmill just pushed me over the edge and I am not obese in the least. Just me but she is a skinny chick.

4 Stars Great Read!
This book is very intersting. The ideas Christine has written about are really a life style change. It’s not a quick fix to weight loss. The book helps you focus on better eating & exercise so that your body will loose weight in a healthy way. Keeping the balance between protein and carbs is her main focus. Great read. I would recommend this book to everyone.
