So I found the recipe on the Shade Clothing Blog (which I ♥) Who knew clothing blogs do recipes too? I modified it simply with whole wheat flour instead of white It really was so good I topped mine with sugar free whipped cream and strawberries, shocker huh? German Pancakes
½ c. butter 1 c. milk 6 eggs 1 c. flour (WHOLE WHEAT MODIFICATION) ½ tsp. salt
Melt butter in 8x8 square-inch pan in a 450 degree oven. Put milk, eggs, flour and salt in blender and mix well. Pour all at once into hot butter. Bake for 30 minutes. The pancakes will “poof” up and brown around edges and the middle will be set when done. Once removed from oven, the pancakes deflate. (Yields 4 servings.) If you double the recipe for approximately 8 servings, bake in a 9x13 pan.
