simple sunday recipe tilapia

Posted Nov 01 2009 10:02pm

Happy November! Its a brand new month!
I love new months, refresh! That's what I made for dinner a couple nights ago. Sesame Soy Tilapia, brown rice and asparagus.
Yum, It was good.
Sorry I took a bite then remembered I wanted a pic for my blog ;)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and pat dry tilapia.
  2. In shallow bowl, mix together mustard, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Place sesame sticks in food processor and crush until it resembles coarse sand. Place in large shallow bowl.
  4. Brush each tilapia fillet on both sides with honey-mustard mixture, then coat with crushed sesame sticks.
  5. Place coated fish on a non-stick or lined baking tray and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Give it a try, what did you think?
