Remember when I made that Roasted Acorn Squash Pizza? I said I wanted to put roasted tomatoes on it as well, but something went wrong. That something was rotten tomatoes that I purchased at Trader Joe’s. The tomato marks the fourth time I personally have bought produce at TJs only to find out it was already rotten (squash in a bag) or have it rot the next day. Booo.
