Save the Date- April 6th Kick-Off of Spring Forward Detox

Good Morning and TGIF!

I am getting super excited about my Spring Forward Detox and wanted to share a few important details about the detox with you.

First, SAVE THE DATE-  APRIL 6th is the Kick-Off Call for the Spring Forward Detox
Second-  REGISTRATION Opens- On or Before March 25th
Early Bird Pricing= $97.00 until March 31st- then price raises to $147.00



Next- DETOX is not a scary word.  If any of you have been reading my blog for while you will know that I am all about Balance.  My Detox is set up with a 4-Day Pre-Detox to prepare the body for clean eating, then we move into the 7-Day Detox filled with fresh, healthy, anti-inflammatory food, followed by a 4-Day Transition to bring certain foods back into your diet and see if you have any hidden food sensitivities that may be sabotaging your weight loss efforts.

Detox is NOT a scary word! It’s about letting go of what doesn’t serve your body anymore (emotionally and physically) and reclaiming your power!

I am a huge fan of Dr. Mark Hyman! He is a Functional Medicine  doctor which means he seeks to identify and address the root causes of disease, and views the body as one integrated system, not a collection of independent organs divided up by medical specialties. It treats the whole system, not just the symptoms.  He was one of the teachers that I studied with at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and whose philosophy resonated with me.  

One of the first things I do with new clients is move them toward an anti-inflammatory diet.  Which is what this Detox is ALL About.
