Sacred Heart Diet

Posted by Lela D.

I learned about the Sacred Hearth diet here and decided to give it a shot. Eek, all I can say is there is a good reason I don't like diets. While I do believe this one can work, and I have to admit I felt pretty darn good while I was on it, there's just something about going a week without any melted cheese that rubs me the wrong way. If you need a short-ish detox program, I would say give it a try. I think it's pretty healthy and I experienced no hunger pains or cravings. I did, however, get bored with all that soup! I posted my experiences on my blog. If you want the play by play, check out these posts:

A number of people I know have done the Sacred Heart diet. A great body detox method, and while it's most important (and effective) in the cases of people who are overweight and really need to lose the weight, especially for something like surgery, which is what it was designed for, it is good for people even of average weight to get the body back on track. My friends said they felt wonderful after the fact.
