Sorry there was no post yesterday. I received some horrible news 2 nights ago that my grandmother passed away. Needless to say it was a hard day yesterday, but I managed to get through. I love you Mom Mom!
On a happier note…I was finally able to make myself a green monster this morning! It’s about time! Before I made the monster I did a few sets of kneeling push-ups and leg lifts. I’ve really been slackin’ in the exercise department lately. I just need to get motivated to wake up a half hour earlier to get some seated cardio and strength training in.
I don’t know if it was the protein powder or the kale or what, but something about this smoothie was off. It was incredibly sweet and fake tasting. I drank it because I didn’t want to waste it, but I thought it was absolutely disgusting! Better luck next time.
