This soup is one of my favorites and it is equally delish both cold (raw) and slightly heated. I actually prefer it cold as it is very filling and creamy and a delight to consume. It's also one of the easiest soups I make too which is always a bonus!!
RAWLOULOU'S CARROT,ORANGE & GINGER SOUP
I just realized that this picture above of the end product kind of looks like a medieval 'Peasants' meal with the chunky bread etc lol. It is served with a glass of 'Fruity Water' which I have daily, varying on the seasonal fruits. I simply add the fruits to the water before I start preparing the meal and by the time I sit down to eat, I have a "naturally flavored' water drink to compliment my meal. I am partial to a big chunk of home made bread with my soups too now a days.
Et voila......... So easy to make and hardly takes any time at all, like I said though, you will find it very filling and nourishing and should keep you going for a few hours at least. Enjoy!!!
