Raw Chocolate Mousse

Ahhh the decadence of Chocolate Mousse…The velvety smooth texture, the sweet, chocolatey richness, the way the fluffy thickness fills up your mouth-whatever your reason for craving this timeless favorite of dessert lovers everywhere, you can now eat it guilt-free, the way you’ve always wanted…by the bowl full!

What You’ll Need (makes ~4 servings)

2 Ripe Organic Avocados (remove pits and scoop out flesh)
1/4 cup Raw Organic Cacao or Carob Powder (it doesn’t have to be raw if you don’t care but try for organic at least) Find it online HERE
1/2 cup Date Paste OR 1/4 Cup coconut syrup to taste ( Find dates and coconut syrup Here… )
1/2 Cup thick Coconut Cream ( Learn to make your own.. )
pinch sea salt

Tools-
High powered blender or Food Processor

How to Do It

Combine all ingredients together and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Place in fancy glasses (or giant bowl…) and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving -preferably.

To make the parfait pictured above, layer mousse with Coconut Whipped Cream.
