Rachael Ray Show Seeks Overweight Teens

Posted Aug 09 2010 5:21am

Rachael-ray-show Are you a very overweight teen, who wants to lose weight? Or do you know someone like this?

If so, the Rachael Ray Show wants to hear from you.

The Rachael Ray Show is seeking you if:

  • You have "struggled with weight your entire life" but want to see a change.
  • You feel "like you are in a constant battle over your weight with your friends and family.
  • You are "finally ready to make a long term commitment to losing weight and getting healthy."
  • You feel "like you have SO much weight to lose [that] you don't know how to start"

During the Rachael Ray Show , over a period of several weeks, the overweight or obese teen -- who I'm willing to bet is hooked on sugary foods and drinks, as are most teenage girls and boys -- will get help to shed pounds from a panel of New York weight-loss experts, including my collleague Jena la Flamme, who is asking her friends to help spread the word to their community.

Jena As Jena explains it, the overweight teen will be in a supportive, positive environment -- not a "contest." In addition, her transformation can serve as an inspiration to young women across the nation.

If you or anyone in your family is appropriate, please submit name, phone number, city, recent photo, height, weight, age and story. Learn more here . You also can contact the Rachael Ray Show directly here .

When you submit information, would you please be kind enough to say that health coach/life coach Connie Bennett, the author of Sugar Shock! , referred you?

Feel free to also point out that as a health coach, life coach and sugar expert, I'd be ideal to help the teen release her sugar habit since, of course, that's my expertise, as you can see on my website and my Break Free of Your Sugar Addiction in 6 Weeks Program .

If you do send your information, please let me know here . Good luck!
