Is to let go of all worries and regrets, and to know that being happy is the most satisfying of life's feelings. Breakfast for Lisa, 2 egg salad mixed in with cucumber, red pepper, yellow pepper, scallion and asparagus. Few pieces of pineapple.

Lunch;
nice green salad with raw zucchini, pumpkin seeds, pulled chicken, cucumber some grapes.
Snack; 2 large cherries and a few almonds
Dinner; homemade tomato sauce with grass fed ground buffalo. onions and garlic over a nnce salad ;-)
