Quick, Quick, Quick

This is gonna be a quick post today because I have a staff meeting early this morning that I need to make it to!

Gym today (abbreviated so I can get to the office for the meeting)

11 Min StairMaster (9min level 10, 2 min level 11)

Various Abs on stability ball

Various legs

25 Min Elliptical

Breakfast today was the usual. I was kind of craving a bowl of oatmeal, but I needed to make breakfast quick, so I made what I'm good at, Waffles (and a half banana)! I'm making some Bigelow Green Tea w/ Pomegranate to bring with me to work. See everyone this afternoon for lunch!
