Quick & Hearty Turkey Chili Recipe – Perfect for a Cold, Snowy Day

Anybody else skip work to get outside and play in the snow all day? Yeah…we didn’t either…
Here’s a great recipe for a hearty yet healthy turkey chili…the perfect thing to warm you up after a long day of rolling around in the snow. Cook it up and enjoy!
(yields 6 servings)
1 C Red Onion, chopped
1/3 C Poblano Pepper (approx 1)
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1-¼ lbs Ground Turkey
1 TBSP Chili Powder
2 TBSP Tomato Paste
2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Ground Cumin
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 Can (19 oz) Cannellini Beans, rinsed & drained
1 Can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes, undrained
14 oz Chicken Stock
½ C Fresh Cilantro
6 Lime Wedges
OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with a small amount of grass fed cheddar cheese if your looking to add some indulgent flavor.
