Quick food recap and a MAJOR question!

Posted Nov 20 2009 10:04pm
Last night I snacked on some hummus with crackers. I ate the whole hummus. I had missed my afternoon snack so 4:30 while I was cooking I was pretty hungry!

Dinner was a casserole with Quorn chicken, real turkey gravy. I was going to get the mushroom but it was all chemicals. I would rather eat real turkey than chemicals. It isn't like I buy it much anyways. It is a treat! I have fond memories of eating the gravy at Thanksgiving and not knowing what it was.

I honestly forget what we had with this! : /

Today around 10 I was craving some coffee, instead I had some Amazing grass shot straight up! it was berry flavored so it wasn't bad! I think I would like to include this daily.

For a 10:00 snack I had 1/2 container (about 1c) cottage cheese with a bag of crackers and I decided to see what another scoop would taste like mixed in. It wasn't great. It would have been better in yogurt or oatmeal.

Tonight with dinner I decided to eat MOST of this 24oz hummus. Dinner was broccoli potato soup with canned green beans (I have no idea why I like these), cheddar cheese, a slice of toast, and most of the hummus! Yum Yum the hunnus adds a nice texture to the soup. Oh I also mixed in a splash of onion soup I have in the ref. just to give it some taste! and that it did : )

Christmas again today! and I think tomorrow too. I sure have my work cut out for me! These two packages came for me today. one with Naturally More PB. The other with Newman's Own Organic! Sally from Newman's Own even sent me dog cookies!

Stay tuned for reviews!! I did try some things already! it is a secret so far. All I can say is YUM!

So I want to remind Everyone to ENTER THE GIVEAWAY! IT ENDS TOMORROW!!!

Also Has anyone ever leased a car? I'm pretty darn sure I need a new car. I would like to lease a 2009 corolla sport. I have NEVER leased anything. Do you guys think it is a good idea to lease one. It is a really good deal because Scott's dad own the dealership. It is about 700 down and 215 a month for 3 years. That seems very doable and the car is gorgeous! a 5 speed and just gorgeous!
Please, I value your input!
