Quick and Easy Breakfast Ideas

Regardless of your morning routine, breakfast really is the most important meal of the day and should be treated thus. If you're armed with an excuse for why you skip breakfast, here are some quick and easy (and healthy! ) ideas for a meal on the go:

1) A breakfast bar, banana, and a hard-boiled egg

2) A fast-food egg sandwich on an English muffin (without the cheese and meat, which saves you 200 calories and 18 grams of fat) with skim milk to drink

3) An egg sandwich on a whole-grain English muffin, with a slice of low-fat cheese, some grapes, and skim milk

4) A half cup of oatmeal with skim milk, topped with sliced bananas and brown sugar, with a cup of fat-free yogurt
