Push-Up Variation, Superhero Style

Posted Aug 12 2008 4:21pm
This past week I re-engaged in the 100 Push-Up Challenge ( http://hundredpushups.com/ ), revisiting Week 3 of the program.

While I successfully completed days 1 and 2, I fell short day 3, completing only 16 of the required 22 push-ups in level-5.

With bootcamp only days away, I've decided that I will revisit Week-3 again later this month.

For now, I'm incorporating push-up variations into my workout via Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training program.

My current TT program incorporates both Spiderman push-ups and Spiderman lunges; two extremely challenging exercises that I urge you to give a try!

You can check out Craig performing these exercises by clicking on the YouTube video below:

Train hard; stay strong.

Peace.

Susan
