YES YES YES!!!! I am finally back on the losing track and it feels SO great! I've been exercising every day (except Sunday, that's my rest day) recording every single thing I've been eating and drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day, and it paid off. Normally when I get AF, I'll have at least a 2-3 pound gain, so I was pretty leary about everything since AF started on Friday, but I was pleasantly surprised!!
