Pump It Up

Ugh. I slept through my alarm clock this morning. I still find this annoying because I can’t fit in my morning workout, but I’m slowly beginning to listen to my body. Sometimes my body just needs sleep more than exercise.

Ok, enough whining… onto breakfast! ;-)

Oh, how I love Peanut Butter Puffins! :mrgreen:

As you know, a bowl of cereal can be a healthy breakfast, but why not pump it up by boosting its nutritional profile?

This morning, I added two superfoods to my cereal bowl: fresh blueberries and sliced almonds. While adding essential vitamins and minerals to my meal, these foods were also a delicious addition.
