This is the third installment of the towel tone series and will focus on upper body moves.
1. Stability Push-Ups Place both hands beneath shoulders on two towels. Bend elbows and lower body until elbows form a 90 degree angle.
2. Staggered Push-Ups Place one hand on a folded towel and one hand on the ground. Bend elbows until body is parallel with the floor. Walk hands over to the other side so that your other hand is on top of the towel and repeat push-up to complete one rep.
3. Tricep Dips Place heels on two folded towels and hands on a bed or chair. Lower down until elbows form a 90 degree angles.
4. Side Push-Ups Lie on your side and place your right hand on top of a folded up towel in front of you. Wrap your left hand around your waist as shown. Press your upper body up while balancing on your hip, making sure to use your bicep. Complete all reps on one side, then switch to the other side. Form Tip: on the way down, don't touch the floor with your shoulder.
5. Diamond Push-Ups Place both hands in a diamond formation on one folded up towel. Lower down into a push-up. This hand position will work your shoulders and is quite difficult.
