PTP: Towel Tone Series 2, Lower Body

This is the second installment of the towel tone series. This one will focus on lower body moves, and as in all the towel tone series, the only equipment needed are two towels.
1. Front Elevated Lunge
Begin with left foot on folded towel. Step right leg back behind you.
Bend knees until front knee forms a 90 degree angle. Make sure not to let front knee come over past the toes. Complete all reps on this side, then switch legs and repeat.
2. Back Elevated Lunge
Begin with right foot on folded towel. Step left leg out in front.
Bend knees until front knee forms 90 degree angle. Make sure not to let front knee go past the toes. Complete all reps on this side, switch legs and repeat.
3. Balancing Squat
Stand with feet about shoulder width apart on two folded towels.
Squat down until thighs are parallel to the ground.
4. Asymetrical Squat
Start with feet about shoulder width apart, left leg elevated on folded towel.
Squat down until left thigh is parallel to the ground. Complete all reps on this side, switch legs and repeat.
5. Sumo Squat
Place legs wider than shoulder width apart, toes pointing out at 45 degree angle on two folded towels.
Squat down until thighs are parallel with the floor.
