PTP: Stability Ball Series 4, Workout Options

Using the exercises previously posted, you can create a great workout using only a stability ball!
To get a great full body workout, choose two or three exercises from each group and do 3 sets of 10-12 reps of each.
For an individual body part workout, do all 4 sets of 10-12 reps of all exercises listed for that body part.
