I have been running more lately and kicking around the idea of running a half-marathon (instead of a full marathon). But I needed a race plan that was customized to my own activites. I teach Zumba 3 times a week, I lift weights, rock climbing, bike riding, and I want to add some HIIT and Tabatas in the mix as well. So I created a blank race training schedule so I could fill in my favorite activities along with my running!
