Prevent UTIs With fruit

Doctors believe that eating foods high in vitamin C, like strawberries and oranges can help you avoid bladder infections. They can help to acidify your urine. That helps to keep bacteria from growing. Of course, we all know cranberry juice will work also. But I’m not a big fan of it myself so I’m glad to find an alterantive.

i used to get a lot of these...cranberry helped, but didn't get rid of it. only peridium (prescription) and antibiotics.
