Prevent Diabetes with Yellow & Orange Veggies

Yellow and orange veggies such as apricots, pumpkins, carrots, summer squash and others can help prevent Type II diabetes. They can also reduce your risk of stroke, promote a healthy immune system, reduce heart disease and cataracts and maybe inhibit the growth of lung cancer cells. So why not grab a rutabaga or yellow pepper to munch on? It's great for your body.
